In Istanbul, 2021 began with hundreds of students initiating a series of protests on the campus of Boǧaziçi University. They were demonstrating against President Recep Tayyip Erdoǧan’s January 1 appointment of a new rector via presidential decree. Melih Bulu, a business management Ph.D. and longtime Justice and Development Party (AKP) activist, was the first rector selected from outside the university since a military coup in 1980. En los últimos meses venimos recibiendo noticias de los ataques del estado turco contra la población kurda de Bakur [Norte de Kurdistán, perteneciente al estado turco]. Estos ataques han ido aumentando hasta estar ahora en la práctica, en guerra abierta, con barrios enteros sitiados por el ejército. Las informaciones de los medios de comunicación están siendo bastante confusas al respecto y Erdogan está aprovechando la "crisis de los refugiados" para tener una posición de fuerza ante sus aliados occidentales. The immense catastrophe that struck Turkey in the streets of Ankara, the capital city, on 10 October, when two bombs exploded in the midst of a thronging crowd of what would possibly turn out to be hundreds of thousands of people, leading to the death of an indefinite number of people, in any case exceeding one hundred, and the wounding of hundreds, some still under the risk of death, is a sharp reminder, if any were needed, that this is a country undergoing a severe political crisis. The tragic loss of life, ranging from a nine-year old boy to a seventy-year old woman and involving the deaths of a very high number of young people, has left the working-class movement, the broad left, the community of Alevis, the minority religious denomination in Turkey, and the Kurdish people, all of whom were involved in the peace demonstration that was attacked, in profound grief and mourning. It is cause for consolation, however, to witness the fact that the main aim of this hideous attack has been thwarted since, despite the grief, the masses have not been intimidated and have come out in militant mood both to protest and to bury their dead. In unusually precipitated fashion, the government has claimed to have carried out an investigation on what it purports to be a double suicide bombing. La città curda di Cizre, un insediamento con una popolazione di circa 150000 anime nella Turchia sud-orientale si trova per la seconda volta sotto assedio delle forze armate turche e delle cosiddette "forze operative speciali" della polizia, dopo che il precedente assedio era stato tolto per una tregua di due giorni. Oltre al coprifuoco ci sono tagli all'erogazione di elettricità e vige l'interruzione di tutti i mezzi di comunicazione, compresi i telefoni mobili ed Internet. Dopo il primo assedio è venuta fuori tutta l'evidenza del terribile dramma umano. Uccisi oltre 30 civili, di età compresa fra i 35 giorni di vita di un bambino ed i 75 anni di un anziano. Prima che l'assedio fosse tolto, fonti governative dichiaravano che le forze di sicurezza avevano ucciso più di una dozzina di combattenti del PKK, negando vittime civili. e Kurdish town of Cizre, a settlement with a population of approximately 150 thousand souls in Southeastern Turkey, is now under siege by the Turkish armed forces and the so-called “special operation force” of the police for a second time, after a previous one-week long siege was lifted for an interlude of two days. Around-the-clock curfew is accompanied by power cuts and the interruption of all means of communication including mobile telephones and the Internet. The evidence that came out when the first round of siege was lifted attests to a terrible human drama. Over 30 civilians are dead, ranging from a 35-day old infant to a 75-year old man. Before the siege was lifted, government sources claimed that security forces had killed more than a dozen fighters of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), the Kurdish guerrilla army, denying any civilian deaths. How the baby and the old man could have contributed to the fight of the PKK remains a mystery unexplored by government spokespeople after the facts have come to light. Did those who are already raising Lenin from his tomb to render quick judgement on Syriza's abject “world-historic defeat” (without saying much about what victory would look like or require) actually bother to read the rather similar plans that Syriza put forward before the referendum and that were consistently rejected by the EU and IMF “Institutions”? This rejection is what the referendum was about. The resounding OXI was then used by Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras to secure the resignation of the leading political representative of the domestic ruling class (and former Prime Minister), Antonis Samaras, and to get all the party leaders with any such claim or ambitions to speak for that class to adopt Syriza's position on the need for debt restructuring and investment funds. Με οργάνωση και αγώνα μπορούμε και πάλι να τσακίσουμε τους εχθρούς της ζωής και της εργασίας μας και να τους πετάξουμε στον κάλαθο της ιστορίας, φέρνοντας την επανάσταση και την αναρχία από το μακρινό μέλλον στο ιστορικό παρόν, κάνοντας αυτό που φαντάζει ουτοπία ρεαλιστική πρόταση, την μόνη βιώσιμη πρόταση, την μόνη αναγκαία εφαρμόσιμη για την ζωή, την ελευθερία, την ισότητα, την κοινωνική αλληλοβοήθεια και την ευημερία όλων. Με την νέα αυτή εργασία ο σύντροφος Δημήτρης Τρωαδίτης, φέρνει στην επιφάνεια άγνωστα και παραμελημένα ντοκουμέντα της ιστορικής διαδρομής του εγχώριου αναρχικού κινήματος, αναψηλαφώντας κινήσεις, διεργασίες και ζυμώσεις στις απαρχές της σύγχρονης εμφάνισής του την δεκαετία του ‘80. Μέσα σ’ αυτά αποκαλύπτονται ορισμένες πρώτες οργανωτικές προσπάθειες καθώς και κείμενα ομάδων που επιχείρησαν να αντιπαρατεθούν με κατεστημένες παθογένειες και να διανοίξουν δρόμους κινηματικής συγκρότησης, περιδιαβαίνοντας τα δαιδαλώδη μονοπάτια της αναρχικής οργάνωσης.
Το κείμενο που ακολουθεί καταθέτει σκέψεις, προβληματισμούς και αναγκαιότητες για την επιτακτική, οργανωτική ανασυγκρότηση του αναρχικού κινήματος στον ελλαδικό χώρο. Οι προτάσεις και τα σημεία κριτικής κατατίθενται στα πλαίσια ενός ευρύτερου πολιτικού, κινηματικού διαλόγου. Οι θέσεις που διατυπώνονται δε γράφονται με τον σκοπό της αλαζονικής υπόδειξης, που θα άρμοζε ίσως σε κάποιον ινστρούχτορα, παρά τον δηκτικό τόνο σε αρκετά σημεία (ο σκοπός είναι η παρακίνηση σε ενεργή συμμετοχή και οργάνωση για το ξεπέρασμα των υπαρχόντων πολιτικών και οργανωτικών σκοπέλων). Οι θέσεις αυτές αποτελούν διαπιστώσεις του γράφοντος, σημεία κριτικής (άρα και αυτοκριτικής) και σχηματικές προτάσεις που αφορούν την οργανωτική ανασυγκρότηση του αναρχικού κινήματος στην Ελλάδα.
Η εκλογική συγκυρία και η γυναίκα του Λωτ στην χώρα των λωτοφάγων
Για όσες και όσους δεν έχουν εκλογικές αυταπάτες, τίποτα δεν έχει αλλάξει και δεν χρειάζεται απογοήτευση. Οι δικές μας οι μάχες δεν θα παιχτούν στο γήπεδο της κάλπης. Χρειάζεται πίστη, αυτοοργάνωση, επαγρύπνηση, τόλμη και καθημερινή παρουσία στα κοινά για να υπερασπιστούμε το δικαίωμα σε μια ζωή που θα σημαίνει κάτι παραπάνω από επιβίωση. Ο αγώνας συνεχίζεται.
Όλο το προηγούμενο διάστημα το διαδίκτυο «πνίγηκε» από φωτογραφίες που οι επαγγελματίες προβοκατορολόγοι κυκλοφόρησαν, οι οποίες τάχα απεδείκνυαν ότι οι συγκρούσεις στο πλαίσιο των μεγάλων διαδηλώσεων για το κρατικό και καπιταλιστικό έγκλημα στα Τέμπη ήταν «στημένες» και απέρρεαν από μια «προσχεδιασμένη προβοκάτσια». more >>
