As I write this, we are moving ever closer to U.S. Election Day November 2024. (Although if this is read after that election, the issues discussed should still be relevant.) The small number of people who regard themselves as anarchists are discussing whether to vote. En el siguiente trabajo nos adentraremos a indagar sobre ciertas implicancias que hoy por hoy se exhiben a la hora de llevar adelante procesos de construcción popular autónomos – haciendo hincapié en aquellos que por sus perspectivas políticas y metodológicas, pueden inscribirse dentro de una matriz libertaria- en un contexto histórico atravesado por las marcas de la desocupación estructural, el crecimiento de la pobreza y en términos generales, por la precarización de la vida como forma social. Trataremos de plantear, a través de nuestro recorrido, ciertos hilos de análisis sobre algunos problemas a enfrentar de acuerdo al mencionado contexto, particularmente en el marco de nuestras sociedades periféricas latinoamericanas y algunas hipótesis sobre los desafíos a encarar de cara a su superación en clave emancipatoria. read full story / add a comment

Μιλάω, αντίθετα, για ανθρώπους που θα είναι σάρκα από την σάρκα αυτών των κοινοτήτων, και όχι για “μπαλαμούς” επαναστάτες και αλληλέγγυους, σαν τα μούτρα μας, που, όσο κι αν ταξικά είμαστε κοντά τους περισσότερο από τον κάθε άλλο, κοινωνικά οι καθημερινότητές μας απέχουν αισθητά. Εμείς δηλαδή, μπορούμε και πρέπει απλά να τους φέρουμε σε επαφή με τις ριζοσπαστικές ιδέες, αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση να υποκαταστήσουμε το ίδιο το υποκείμενο στην προσπάθειά του για χειραφέτηση. read full story / add a comment

We are members of the working class. We have no great fortunes to defend. Instead, the Melbourne Anarchist Communist Group raises the banner of liberty, equality and solidarity. These principles, as promised by the foundation of liberal, democratic republics, can only be made real when there are no more bosses, or governments, or the threat of poverty hanging over our heads. Such a society, based on libertarian communism, will be freer than any democracy, be more equal than any capitalist republic, and unleash a solidarity unknown to the capitalist class and which can never exist between classes. We can contact other local groups wherever they are and make our campaign bigger and nationwide. We can win the price war. Nowadays, organising ourselves and creating campaigns are much easier than thirty years ago during the poll tax era. Σημασία έχει να αντιληφθούμε ότι μέσα στο σύνολο αυτό υπάρχουν διαφορετικές ομάδες, με διαφορετικά πιστεύω, με διαφορετικά προνόμια, με διαφορετικούς ρόλους, με διαφορετικά συμφέροντα και ότι δική μας δουλειά δεν είναι να τα βάλουμε όλα αυτά σε ένα μπλέντερ για να ανακατευτούνε και να βγει ένας πουρές, αλλά μέσω της ριζοσπαστικής θεωρίας και πρακτικής να αναδεικνύουμε διαρκώς τους ξεχωριστούς κόσμους που υπάρχουν μέσα στην κοινωνία και να χαράζουμε εκείνες τις διαχωριστικές γραμμές που κάποια στιγμή θα καθιστούν αγεφύρωτα τα χάσματα αυτά, οξύνοντας τον κοινωνικό πόλεμο. read full story / add a comment

Το National Plan to Transition Australia’s National COVID-19 Response (Εθνικό Σχέδιο αντιμετώπισης της COVID-19 στην Αυστραλία) είναι ένα σχέδιο καταστροφής. Η Ομοσπονδιακή Κυβέρνηση, μετά από εντολή των ισχυρότερων εγχώριων καπιταλιστών, σχεδιάζει να εγκαταλείψει τον αγώνα για την εξάλειψη της COVID19 και ακόμη να την επαναφέρει σε περιοχές της Αυστραλίας που τώρα δεν επηρεάζονται από αυτήν.
