In passato, gli attivisti israeliani fermati durante le lotte unitarie venivano rilasciati alla fine della manifestazione oppure dietro cauzione in tarda serata o in nottata dopo un interrogatorio per essere infine diffidati a recarsi in quella regione per due settimane. Raramente accadeva che gli attivisti rimanessero in stato di detenzione anche nel corso della notte per essere poi rilasciati dal giudice il giorno dopo con restrizioni fino ad un mese. [English]

In the past, Israeli activists detained in joint struggle activities were released after the action ended or on bail late evening/night after interrogation in the police station and banned for two weeks from the specific region. Seldom activists were detained for the night and released at court the next day or banned for up to a month. In very seldom cases activists were detained for two nights, or asked by prosecution for longer time. Last Friday an Israeli comrade was detained at Nebi Saleh. Three days later, on Monday evening at about 6pm, he was released after a Jerusalem District Court judge ruled that there was no evidence to substantiate the soldiers’ allegation of assault. He was however indicted for “reckless behavior” and will face court proceedings for this charge. He also was banned from participation in actions for the following three months. [Italiano]

Es “La marcha negra” que desde hace dos semanas se enfila hacia la capital desde regiones como Asturias, León, Castilla y Aragón. La alcaldesa de la ciudad, esposa del expresidente Aznar, les advierte a los obreros con la soberbia de quien tiene mucho dinero pero no se ha ganado un euro con sus manos, que no tendrán en la ciudad un sitio para acampar. El gobierno nacional ve imposible sacar 300 millones de euros para salvar la minería, pero firmó la petición a la Unión Europea de ¡100 mil millones de euros! para salvar a los bancos privatizados. Estos despropósitos resultan insultantes para los mineros.
