This booklet, called Capitalism, Anti-capitalism and Popular Organisation, is a publication of the Popular University of Rio de Janeiro in conjunction with the Movement of Unemployed Workers of Rio de Janeiro (MTD-RJ).
In this co-edition, we thought that a first and important step would be material that explained, in a simple way, the functioning of the capitalist system and offered a critical and current perspective in relation to it. At the same time, this material should offer more than just criticism. It should present constructive elements that could show ways and possibilities of how to fight capitalism and, also, give some perspectives of struggle in the medium and long term.

Πριν από 46 χρόνια, πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Μπολόνια της Ιταλίας στις 11 με 15 Αυγούστου 1973 το 1ο Convegno Nazionale Lavoratori Anarchici (CNLA - Εθνική Σύνοδος Αναρχικών Εργαζομένων). Σε αυτή τη σημαντική εκδήλωση συμμετείχαν εκατοντάδες σύντροφοι [1] που εκπροσώπησαν τις ελευθεριακές κομμουνιστικές ομάδες και τις περιφερειακές οργανώσεις. Στην Ελλάδα ειδικά, ο φασισμός έχει ένα επιπλέον όπλο που λέγεται Μακεδονικό το οποίο δημιουργήθηκε λόγω των ειδικών ιστορικών συνθηκών του εμφυλίου και της εκστρατείας της ντροπής των αρχών της δεκαετίας του 90. Αυτή η ιδιαιτερότητα δεν αλλάζει σε τίποτα την ουσία του. Όπως παντού έτσι κι εδώ οι φασίστες και οι εθνικιστές στο όνομα του έθνους είναι οι νεκροθάφτες του πλανήτη και της ανθρωπότητας. Είναι ακόμη πιο σιχαμένοι από τους φασίστες του 30 και πολύ πιο επικίνδυνοι. Την αυτοοργάνωση, τον αντιφασισμό (θα βρούμε πολλούς πατριώτες μπροστά μας, να μην αφήσουμε στους φασίστες χώρο), την κριτική στον σπισισμό και την καταστροφή της φύσης, την μάχη ενάντια στην πατριαρχία (η απληστία και η αδιαφορία για τη φύση είναι συγκροτητικό της πατριαρχίας), τις πρακτικές άμεσης δράσης.
