Badly Paid? Overworked? Foreign? Time to Organise! A group of us FAU-IAA members living in Berlin who do not speak German as a native language have recently been organising a foreign workers working group, we hail from countries including Greece, England, Ireland, Canada, Sweden, Spain etc. We are organising our first public event and we'd encourage any interested parties resident in Berlin to attend and anyone with connections with interested parties in Berlin to publicise the event. Being an immigrant to a new country where you do not speak the native language fluently can be a nerve-wracking experience, you're open to exploitation by bosses, landlords and state officials and finding a way to fight back, not least to change the world can be difficult. So let's get together!
