Quello che si profila nei prossimi giorni non è il solito pessimo accordo sul "mercato" del lavoro, ma la pietra conclusiva posta in modo tombale sui diritti e le tutele conquistate dalle lavoratrici e dai lavoratori in decenni di lotte. Il contenuto dei documenti, prodotti dal governo e non solo, elimina le tutele, non modifica alcunché del regime di precarietà dilagante, ma crea la libertà per le imprese di licenziare per motivi economici, eliminando la legge 223/9, svuotando l'articolo 18 dello Statuto dei Lavoratori, confinando il tutto sulla parte discriminatoria, peraltro da dimostrare (sic!). ... read full story / add a comment
