Los representantes de las organizaciones del pueblo aymara comunicamos a la comunidad nacional e internacional nuestra categórico rechazo por el texto sobre reconocimiento constitucional que será presentado mañana 10 de Enero 2006 en el parlamento, por que su contenidos y espíritu, es un texto limitante a nuestros derechos fundamentales, debido a que no incluye ningún principio elemental relativo a la autodeterminación y la participación de los Pueblos Indígenas.
