Il sistema capitalista si è sviluppato ad un livello ancora più alto. La concentrazione di capitale e l'abbassamento delle barriere tra i singoli stati capitalisti ha allentato la competizione nazionale ed ha aperto una nuova era. Non più minacce di guerra tra gli Stati o tra blocchi di Stati. Viene meno il bisogno dei capitalisti di assicurarsi la volontà di combattere in guerra da parte degli schiavi salariati. The capitalist system has developed to a higher stage. The concentration of capital and the lowering of borders between individual capitalist states has diminished national competition and brought a new era. No more threat of military wars between States and blocs of States. Much less the need of capitalists to ensure the willingness of wage slaves to fight for them in wars. Production and even services are moving to the less-developed countries.
