All'imperialismo statunitense, sempre più all'attacco a far tempo dalla implosione dell'URSS, si va contrapponendo un nuovo imperialismo russo, che nell'aggressività del primo trova ottimi appigli per dispiegarsi. La difficulté politique du gouvernement de Morales devrait être résolue en dépassant les cadres étroits légaux. Il existe une gauche populaire beaucoup plus à gauche que le récalcitrant vice-président Linera et les bureaucrates de toujours qui oscillent entre les universités latino-américaines et les gouvernements avec des vernis nationalistes. The political impasse of the Morales government will need to be resolved by going beyond the legal possibilities. There is a popular left which lies further to the left of the recalcitrant vice-president Linera and the usual bureaucrats, who oscillate between the Latin American universities and governments with a veneer of nationalism. L'impasse politica del governo Morales si dovrà risolvere andando al di là delle possibilità legali. Esiste una sinistra popolare molto più a sinistra rispetto a quella del recalcitrante vice presidente Linera ed i soliti burocrati, che oscillano tra le università latinamericane e governi con verniciatura nazionalista. An inter-imperialist clash is taking place in the Caucasus in which the Georgian dwarf is acting on behalf of the United States. The perfectly predictable and immediate Russian response - awarding Putin the first round - has only highlighted what an imbecile Georgia's president is. As a good nationalist, he (once again) made the choice in favour of an armed diversion, counting on US assistance which, though, was never going to be in the form of military intervention, when he should instead have been thinking about his country's disastrous state.
