Cu câteva zile înainte de sărbătorile de iarnă, 21 din cele 23 de persoane care lucrau pe banda de producţie Brown au intrat într-o grevă spontană prin care cereau să le fie oferit bonusul promis tuturor muncitorilor din fabrică. La începutul grevei, angajatorul (prin personalul de la departamentul de resurse umane şi superiorii ierarhici ai angajaţilor/telor ce protestau) le-a cerut greviştilor să părăsească incinta unităţii. A short timeline of the events A few days before the winter holidays, 21 out of the 23 workers working on the Brown production line started a wildcat strike by which they were demanding to receive the bonusses that were promised to all the factory workers. At the beginning of the strike, the employer (by way of the human resources department personnel and the higher staff of the workers) asked the striking workers to leave the facility of the factory. Depuis plus d'un mois et demi, de larges secteurs de la société sont mobilisés contre la loi travail, et l'opinion publique rejette très massivement ce nouveau coup porté aux travailleur-ses. Plus d'un million de manifestant-e-s sont descendu-e-s dans la rue lors de la mobilisation interprofessionnelle du 31 mars, à laquelle s'ajoutent des mobilisations dans la jeunesse ou encore la multiplication des Nuits Debout. Ce mouvement de fond exprime un ras-le-bol et catalyse l'exaspération liée aux attaques incessantes contre les salarié-e-s pour le plus grand bénéfice du patronat. Alors qu'au mois de mai, le texte de loi sera débattu au Parlement, l'enjeu est d'augmenter massivement le rapport de force en faveur des travailleur-ses, chômeur-ses et de la jeunesse pour que ce projet de régression sociale soit abandonné. Les prochaines mobilisations du 28 avril et du 1er mai doivent marquer un tournant pour construire un blocage économique qui impose au gouvernement de reculer. read full story / add a comment

La loi travail c'est travailler plus pour gagner moins... quand t'es pas au chômage Voilà qui résume bien le projet de loi El Khomri. Ce ne sont pas les « concessions » gouvernementales qui vont changer la logique de ces mesures destinées à satisfaire les aspirations du patronat. Pire, certaines « avancées » comme le compte personnel d'activité (CPA), dont se targue la CFDT, contient en germes le retour au livret ouvrier en instituant un fichage généralisé des salarié-e-s. Tout ça relève d'une comédie bien orchestrée : les syndicats jaunes signent les accords en ayant obtenu des «concessions », le MEDEF fait semblant de râler et le gouvernement se présente comme l'arbitre impartial défendant l'intérêt général.
