In this phase which sees a strong attack coming from the bosses, collusion by some unions (CISL, UIL), and a wait-and-see attitude from others (the CGIL majority), the FdCA believes that the only labour strategy that can be effective in defending the interests of the class is one of conflict and libertarian practices. It must be autonomous from the logic of parties, it must aim to unite the workers whatever their union, it must have united objectives and methods of struggle, and it must be organized horizontally. In questa fase di forte attacco del padronato, di collusione di alcuni sindacati (CISL, UIL), di attesa (maggioranza CGIL) la FdCA ritiene che l'unica strategia sindacale efficace a difendere gli interessi della classe è quella conflittuale a prassi libertaria. Questa deve essere autonoma da logiche di partito, deve prevedere l'unità dei lavoratori e delle lavoratrici a prescindere dalle sigle sindacali di riferimento, deve avere unità di obbiettivi e sui metodi di lotta, deve prevedere una pressi interna orizzontale. In Italia, siamo di fronte ad un evidente deperimento dei livelli di democrazia nel paese, le cui espressioni sono rinvenibili a livello istituzionale e sociale: nella concentrazione di potere nell'esecutivo, con conseguente tendenza autoritaria tramite il ricorso usuale ai decreti legge ed alla delegificazione; nel declino del potere legislativo del parlamento a semplice esercizio di ratifica dell'operato del governo e delle decisioni prese nelle alte stanze del potere, dove avviene la collusione e la connivenza tra l'esecutivo e le varie oligarchie economiche e la ricomposizione degli interessi dei vari settori della borghesia italiana; nell'attuale uso del parlamento contro il potere giudiziario; nella distruzione della rappresentanza delle minoranze a favore dell'omologazione degli interessi borghesi. El Fòrum de l’Anarquisme Organitzat (FAO) és un espai de debat i articulació de xarxes entre organitzacions, grups i individus anarquistes que treballen o desitgen treballar utilitzant com a base els principis i l’estratègia d’anarquisme específic. El principal objectiu del FAO és crear les condicions per a la creació d’una organització anarquista a Brasil. Tasca que sabem que no serà a curt termini, però que ha d’iniciar-se ara mateix. En la Trobada Nacional de 2010, celebrada en Porto Alegre, els grups i organitzacions presents van considerar que era el moment d’aprofundir i continuar l’organització amb els objectius prèviament establits. Per això, després d’intensos debats, van deliberar que havíem de fer un salt qualitatiu i anar més enllà dels dos eixos proposats anteriorment: l’organització i la inserció social. Entenent que aquests ja estan incorporats en els nostres grups i organitzacions i que la qüestió de l’organització i la inserció social ja no son tan polèmics en els mitjans de comunicació anarquistes - i l’actuació de grups i organitzacions i la pròpia FAO ha contribuït significativament a això - hem decidit prendre un altre pas cap a la construcció d’una organització a nivell nacional, que sempre ha sigut un dels nostres objectius. El Foro del Anarquismo Organizado (FAO) es un espacio de debate y articulación de redes entre organizaciones, grupos e individuos anarquistas que trabajan o desean trabajar utilizando como base los principios y la estrategia de anarquismo específico. El objetivo mayor del FAO es crear las condiciones para la creación de una organización anarquista en Brasil. Tarea que sabemos que no será a corto plazo, pero que debe iniciarse ahora mismo. En el Encuentro Nacional de 2010, celebrado en Porto Alegre, los grupos y organizaciones presentes consideraron que era el momento de profundizar y continuar la organización con los objetivos previamente establecidos. Por eso, tras intensos debates, deliberamos que debíamos dar un salto cualitativo e ir más allá de los dos ejes propuestos anteriormente: la organización y la inserción social. The Fórum do Anarquismo Organizado (Forum of Organized Anarchism - FAO) has existed since 2002 and up to 2010 was a space for networking among individuals, groups and anarchist organizations who agree with two main themes: organization and "social insertion" (work within mass movements).
