Estamos em plena crise política, uma crise que abala as instituições da chamada "Nova república", fruto da transição inaugurada a partir da Abertura Lenta, Gradual e Segura de tipo GGG (Geisel e Golbery, elogiada por Gaspari) e garantida pela Anistia, Ampla, Geral e Irrestrita - na sua segunda versão e através de jurisprudência obtida com o fim do AI-5. Na sequência, o Brasil quebrou mas, simultaneamente, a classe trabalhadora aparecia na cena política através do reformismo radical, então de base e legítimo. Graças a essa luta social intensa - mesmo que discorde das opções, as quais sigo em discordância - tivemos a versão substantiva da transição do autoritarismo na metade dos anos '80, através da Constituição de 1988. Pois bem, é esta versão de democracia liberal com traços oligárquicos e elementos, contraditoriamente, substantivos e representados até há pouco, na tentativa de controle do orçamento público que está em jogo. En los últimos días, se registra un incremento sustancial de las amenazas y asesinatos de líderes y lideresas sociales en todo el país. Desde la elección presidencial del pasado 17 de junio se han asesinado 22 líderes sociales, una persona cada día[1]. El panorama es bastante gris, pues mientras los grandes medios de comunicación se han dedicado a cubrir ampliamente el mundial de fútbol y el gobierno nacional continúa negando la sistematicidad de este fenómeno[2] en un intento por invisibilizar los patrones comunes de la masiva vulneración a los derechos humanos que se está produciendo en el país, tras bambalinas se encuentra la cruda realidad que está marcada por el asesinato, solo en lo corrido de 2018, de 123 líderes y lideresas sociales según las últimas cifras de Indepaz.[3] read full story / add a comment

Yine bir seçim ve yine bir seçim öncesi gerilimli günleri bu coğrafyada yaşayanlar olarak deneyimlemekteyiz. Yaşadığımız coğrafyada ya da diğer coğrafyalarda, seçim denilen siyasi sürecin yarattığı şey, oluşan yeni “gerçekliğin” bir sonraki seçimlere kadar süreceğidir. Siyasal iktidarın şekillendiği seçimler sürecinde, seçimler sosyal ve ekonomik gerçeklikte şekillenir, toplumun iktidarını isteyen tarafların bireye sunduğu vaatlerle geçen bu seçim gerçekliği, iktidarın kazanılmasıyla sonlanacaktır. Seçim ismi verilen siyasal sürecin, toplumun sosyal ve ekonomik ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması için organize edildiği iddiasının gerçek olup olmadığını soru ve cevaplarla tartışarak içselleştirmeliyiz. Çünkü katılacağımız ya da katılmayacağımız seçim süreci gerçekliğinin iddiası şudur; katılmamamız durumunda toplumun sosyal ve ekonomik işleyişine dair söz söyleyemeyiz. Peki katılmamız durumunda bu işleyişe dair söz söyleyebilir miyiz? Toplum içinde siyasal etken bir birey olmanın şartı olarak karşımıza konan seçimlerin dışında başka bir yol yordam yok mu? Toplumun bütünlüğünü önemseyen, sosyal ve ekonomik kararlarının bir parçası olan, adalet ve özgürlüğü sağlayan bir birey olmanın tek yol yordamı seçimlerde seçmen olmak mı? Sorular ve cevaplarıyla, Haziran 2018 seçimlerinde seçmen olup olmama, oy kullanıp kullanmama şeçimini yapmak için yani gerçek seçimi yapmak için siyasal süreci, bu süreçte olanları ve olasılıkları değerlendirelim. read full story / add a comment
