Los gobiernos llamados progresistas mantienen lazos estrechos con el capital financiero internacional y siguen aplicando políticas neoliberales. Los estados que ellos tratan de dirigir están en gran medida determinados y dirigidos por las imposiciones del mercado mundial de mercancías y capitales. Exportan, por ejemplo, sobre todo petróleo, maderas, productos minerales, soya y granos alimenticios, a precios fijados en el exterior y por medio de grandes oligopolios trasnacionales, mezclados, en el mejor de los casos, con algunas empresas paraestatales mixtas, como Petrobras o YPF, ya que la venezolana PDVSA o la mexicana Pemex son excepciones, de ningún modo la regla. read full story / add a comment
