Η FAU αποτελεί αναρχοσυνδικαλιστική οργάνωση της Γερμανίας εδώ και δεκάδες χρόνια με δυναμική παρουσία σε χώρους εργασίας. Στις 11 Δεκέμβρη του 2009 το γερμανικό κράτος με πρωτοφανή απόφαση δικαστηρίου απαγόρευσε στην FAU να λειτουργεί ως συνδικάτο. read full story / add a comment

Seit dem 11. 12. 2009, gilt faktisch für die FAU Berlin ein Gewerkschaftsverbot. Das Urteil erfolgte ohne mündliche Verhandlung. Selbst die Tatsache, dass durch die Neue Babylon GmbH, mit der sich die FAU Berlin seit Monaten im Arbeitskampf befindet, überhaupt eine Klage anhängig gemacht wurde, wurde der FAU Berlin nicht bekannt gegeben. Das Urteil geht weit darüber hinaus, dass der FAU Berlin die betrieblichen Rechte als Gewerkschaft aberkannt werden. Sie darf sich mit sofortiger Wirkung noch nicht einmal mehr als „Gewerkschaft“ bezeichnen. Z dniem 11 grudnia 2009 r., FAU Berlin (FAU-B) zostało w praktyce zabronione jako związek zawodowy. Wyrok został wydany przez Sąd Okręgowy dla miasta Berlina (Landgericht Berlin) bez odrębnego posiedzenia. FAU-B nie została nawet poinformowana o tym, że spółka Neue Babylon GmbH, która jest w stanie sporu zbiorowego z FAU-B, wszczęła przeciwko organizacji postępowanie sądowe. Wyrok sądu nie tylko pozbawia FAU-B praw organizacji związkowej w kinie Babylon, ale również odmawia w ogóle organizacji prawa do nazywania się związkiem zawodowym! read full story / add a comment

Como probablemente ya sabréis, el 11 de diciembre la justicia berlinesa de forma sumaria dictaminó que la FAU de Berlín no puede autodenominarse «sindicato» o «sindicato de base». No se la ha ilegalizado como organización en sí, pero esta sentencia se traduce de facto en prohibir su labor sindical. El fallo del Tribunal Estatal de Berlín no es casual, sino que está en estrecha relación con el conflicto laboral que mantiene la FAU berlinesa con el cine Babylon, cuya junta directiva buscaba dicho veredicto. read full story / add a comment

Desde o dia 11 de Dezembro de 2009, a FAU berlinense (Freien ArbeiterInnen Union, secção alemã da AIT) está proibida de exercer actividade sindical. A sentença foi emitida sem que a FAU de Berlim tivesse conhecimento das medidas legais adoptadas pela Neue Babylon Berlin GmbH, empresa com a qual mantém um conflito laboral há vários meses. A sentença não se limita a privar a FAU-Berlim dos seus direitos sindicais no conflito com o cinema Babylon. Depuis le 11/12/2009, le syndicat FAU Berlin est interdit de fait. L’arrêt a été prononcé sans audience contradictoire. Le fait même que l’entreprise « Neue Babylon GmbH » ait entamé une action judiciaire n‘avait pas été communiqué à la FAU Berlin, impliquée depuis plusieurs mois dans un conflit social avec cette entreprise. L’arrêt va bien au-delà de la privation pour la FAU Berlin de ses droits syndicaux au niveau de l’entreprise puisqu’elle n’a même plus le droit de se désigner comme « syndicat ». Questo è il culmine di una serie di tentativi della Neue Babylon Berlin GmbH di stroncare legalmente il sindacato più forte e più rappresentativo all'interno della compagnia. Quelques 300 personnes venant de toute l'Allemagne ont manifesté ce samedi 19 sécembre à Berlin contre l'interdiction de la section locale de la FAU-AIT d'utiliser le terme « syndicat ». On December 11, 2009, the Berlin District Court decided that the Free Workers' Union Berlin (FAU-B) could no longer call itself a union or grassroots union. Στις 5 Νοέμβρη 1937 ο Ιούλιος Νολντενάς (Julius Nolden), ένας εργάτης αυτοκινητοβιομηχανίας απ'τη Ντουήζπολη (Duisburg, Ντουησβούργη) της Γερμανίας καταδικάστηκε απ'το «Λαϊκό Δικαστήριο» του Βερολίνου σε δεκαετή φυλάκιση επειδή «προετοιμαζόταν να διαπράξει υψίστη προδοσία». Ο Νολντενάς ήταν στη κεφαλή της ΦΑΟΎΝΤ (FAUD, Free Union of German Workers, Ελεύθερη Ένωση Εργατών της Γερμανίας) στη Ρηνανία, μια αναρχοσυνδικαλιστική μυστική οργάνωση που βρισκόταν στη παρανομία και είχε διαλυθεί απ'τη Γκεστάπο (Gestapo, μυστική αστυνομία της Γερμανίας) το Γενάρη του 1937. Μαζί μ'αυτόν είχαν συλληφθεί κι άλλοι 88 αναρχοσυνδικαλιστές, άντρες και γυναίκες, που πέρασαν από δίκη στη Ρηνανία στις αρχές του 1938. read full story / add a comment

On 5th November 1937, Julius Nolden, a car plant worker from Duisburg was sentenced by the “The People's Court” in Berlin to a ten year prison term for “preparing an act of high treason with aggravating circumstances.” Nolden had been at the head of the FAUD (anarcho-syndicalist Free Union of German Workers) in the Rhineland when that underground Organisation was dismantled by the Gestapo in January 1937. Arrested with him were 88 other male and female anarcho-syndicalists who stood trial in the Rhineland in early 1938. read full story / add a comment |
