El paro de los mineros artesanales
Ante el reciente Paro realizado por los mineros artesanales del sur del país en respuesta a la promulgación del D.U. 012-2010 que vulneraba su actividad productiva y frente al desconocimiento del tema, la Unión Socialista Libertaria se dirige a la opinión pública nacional e internacional para manifestar lo siguiente.Como Organización nos declaramos en solidaridad con las luchas de los campesinos, comunidades originarias y mineros artesanales contra esta nueva arremetida del las fuerzas represivas del Estado peruano, actuando como fiel guardián de los intereses del gran capital y del Imperialismo.Llamamos por ello a todas las fuerzas revolucionarias y proletarias, a ejercer esa solidaridad de clase y apoyar decidida y activamente las luchas de las comunidades campesinas, nativas para evitar que se sigan matando impunemente a los luchadores sociales y detener el genocidio silencioso del TLC. FAU: Verboten Kämpferisch!
Seit dem 11. 12. 2009, gilt faktisch für die FAU Berlin ein Gewerkschaftsverbot. Das Urteil erfolgte ohne mündliche Verhandlung. Selbst die Tatsache, dass durch die Neue Babylon GmbH, mit der sich die FAU Berlin seit Monaten im Arbeitskampf befindet, überhaupt eine Klage anhängig gemacht wurde, wurde der FAU Berlin nicht bekannt gegeben. Das Urteil geht weit darüber hinaus, dass der FAU Berlin die betrieblichen Rechte als Gewerkschaft aberkannt werden. Sie darf sich mit sofortiger Wirkung noch nicht einmal mehr als „Gewerkschaft“ bezeichnen.Der Kampf um die Gewerkschaftsfreiheit in Deutschland hat spätestens jetzt begonnen. Jegliche Solidarität ist nun von Nöten. Skandalisiert die deutschen Zustände, protestiert vor deutschen Niederlassungen, fordert die Revision des Urteils und die volle Betätigungsfreiheit für die FAU. This is a table of what public sector workers in Ireland really earn based on the data given in the reply to a Dail question in Feb 09.
The cancellation of the December 3rd strike is a blow to the developing movement against the cuts on the scale of the cancellation of the March 30th strike at the start of the year. The so called compromise ICTU have been negotiating for is a further blow, it seems designed to drive a wedge between workers and fails to answer the main problem public sector workers have, the inability to take further cuts. Testo del documento finale della Commissione Sindacale della FdCA, che si è svolta a Cremona il 22 novembre 2009 e alla quale hanno partecipato attivisti sindacali provenienti da Emilia, Liguria, Lombardia, Marche, Veneto, del settore privato e del settore pubblico.Mano a mano che si esaurisce l'effetto degli ammortizzatori sociali, con una prevedibile depressione occupazionale in febbraio 2010, si avviano i processi di ristrutturazione delle aziende nella direzione di un adeguamento della produzione al mercato contemporaneamente ad espulsione di forza-lavoro. Lo si avverte soprattutto nel settore metalmeccanico, chimico, ceramica, gomma-plastica, tessile, artigianato, in ossequio all'indicazione proveniente da Federmeccanica e Confindustria, per le quali per salvare le aziende, si deve procedere a licenziamenti. Ricorrendo eventualmente a forza-lavoro precaria per far fronte ad eventuali picchi produttivi... |
