Help save the Gondolkodó Antikvárium bookshop

In this letter we ask help in the name of class solidarity. Answer us, please! The Gondolkodó Antikvárium movement distributing place (bookshop) risks being closed, which would be a huge loss also to the movement in Hungary! We ask you to give financial help in order to solve that situation.

Urgent appeal from the Barricade Collective

In this letter we ask help in the name of class solidarity. Answer us, please! The problem is, that the Gondolkodó Antikvárium movement distributing place (bookshop) has to pay the debt, which was accumulated when it was located in the Ó utca (Ó street).

The dept is equal to 600.000 forints (about 2.400 euros). If the state court of justice will carry out the judgement then the one activist working in the Gondolkodó can be imprisoned, his flat can be sold by auction, his family can be evicted. And in this case, the present place of Gondolkodó must also be closed!

That would be a huge loss also to the movement in Hungary! We ask you to give financial help in order to solve that situation. We are in close contact to Gondolkodó, and we support them with this request.

If you can help, if internationalist solidarity is important for you, then give help to Gondolkodó!
