The merger between the Zionist leadership and the capitalist elite which started 1948 picked in the Tycoons dominance, at 20010. The "too successful" neo-liberalism was challenged by the social struggle, conflicts within the capitalist elite and threatened by international pressure yielded the diminishing power of the old order when the right lost its absolute power in the parliament depending now on the opponent of the milder Zionist right (Kachlon). It is not sure how fast the retreat in the neo-liberal trend and the defeat of the Tycoons combined with the international pressure will yield also retreat in the advance of the Zionist settler and transfer effort. Mean time the joint struggle continue in Bil'in, Ni'ilin, Nebi Saleh, Kadum, Ma'asarah, Southern Hebron Hills, Sheikh Jarrah, the Bedouins of the south, Dahamsh... with additional locations from time to time. Bil'in

This Friday 7 Israeli, few internationals and "guests" from the regions joined the Bil'in people in the 527th Friday demo in Bil'in. In spite of the huge amount of tear gas shooting - never seen before, the army thugs could not disperse us due to a friendly wind. After long confrontation the army left the main confrontation area but invaded the southern part of the village.
Dozens of injuries and cases of suffocation at Bil'in's weekly march
There were dozens of cases of injuries and suffocation from tear gas during today's weekly demonstration in Bil'in. The Israeli army rained bombs of gas and rubber-coated metal bullets at participants as they moved up to the outskirts of the village on the west side. The march started from the center of the village, with the participation of the villagers, including children and friends of international activists and Israelis who reject the occupation in all its forms. They raised Palestinian flags and pictures of the child captive Khalid Hossam El-Sheikh, and the five other children detainees Today marks the 2 year anniversary of their arrest. Demonstrators raised slogans that reflect the theft of Palestinian children, and call for the release of their colleagues and children who are approaching the number of three hundred. They are calling for humanitarian organizations and human rights organizations to intervene for their release. Also, the demonstrators carried photos in solidarity with American activist Tristan Anderson. We saw slogans such as "Tristan always in our hearts", and We pray for your recovery". Tristan is an American young man who came to show solidarity with the Palestinians in 2009. He was hit with a tear gas canister fired by Israeli border guards, hitting him directly in the head. This led to a full and permanent quadriplegia in all limbs and he lost the sight in his right eye. This took place on 03/13/2009 in Ni'lin village, west of Ramallah, where today marks the sixth anniversary of his injury. The canister that injured Anderson are of the same type that caused the death of Bassem Abu Rahma. The case has been brought to the Israeli government , but until now, they are dragging their heels in the case and are claiming it is inadmissible on the grounds that he was in a war zone, and one of the sessions of Public Prosecutions said it is possible that the Palestinians shot him and not the border guards, in an attempt to escape from their crime.
The demonstrators also carried pictures of the American activist Rachel Corrie, to commemorate the twelfth anniversary of her martyrdom, which falls on Monday.
"I'm so happy that my little nephews, nieces and other children still alive and fine after the Israeli occupation forces fired directly at our houses today after they entered our village (Bilin )During the weekly Demonstration Against"

Bil'in, Friday 20-3-15 demo. 15 Israelis with the anarchists against the wall initiative joined international and Bil'iners activists. The Israeli state forces "allowed" us to cross to the lands returned to the village. However, just when we converged there they started to shower us with tear gas. As the wind was erratic, they failed to disperse us as fast as they wished. After they came with their armored cars we were gradually pushed to the built area of the village where we persisted till the state force left the area.
Satisfied with our persistence we stay a short while before ending the demo.

Nabi Saleh

Friday 13/03/2015 The Israeli army stepped up its violent suppression of the weekly demonstration in Nabi Saleh this week. As villagers and solidarity activists marched down the main road leading to the entrance to the village, soldiers targeted them with tear gas canisters, live ammunition and finally, physical violence. One young man sustained an injury from a live (“tutu”) bullet, and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Several others, including children, were beaten mercilessly. Three female demonstrators were arrested.during the demonstration: Boshra Tamimi, Shireen Al Araj and Tali Shapiro.
Tali was released after several hours (due to the fact that she is an Israeli Jewish citizen), However, Boshra remains under arrest for another 4 days and Shireen another 24 hours.
Tali has reported that though they were all beaten during the arrest, Boshra and Shireen remain in good spirits and were "schooling" the Israeli Occupation soldiers and police, when Tali was made to leave the police station.
Filthy occupation forces decided to break the spirit of Nabi Saleh demonstration. Violent suppression efforts included the firing of live ammunition and arbitrary arrests of demonstrators. It also preceded days before the weekly demonstration with nightly arrests.

Ni'lin

Friday 20-3-15. Gunfire and tear gas dispersed in the air of Ni'lin during the Friday prayer. There was no real provocation on the part of the boys who stood in front of the hill which is within the area of the village and far from the Apartheid wall. There were some shouts and curses between the soldiers that stood on the hill and the boys. The soldiers seemed intoxicated by the power of their weapons or simply drunk, fired at will rubber coated metal bullets and gas canisters during the dialogue of curses. I decided to move forward the direction of the soldiers. They stormed at my direction and when they got approximately 10 meters from me one of them shot a rubber coated steal bullet at my foot (The picture shows three I think it was the one in the middle). That was probably the most painful rubber-coated metal bullet I have ever got. The heroes who just shot an unarmed photographer, quickly returned to the top of the hill and I was evacuated by friends to a nearby ambulance. A Friend took the camera and took some pictures of me and of the rest of the demonstration (Which took place even though the soldiers tried to disperse it before it started)

After a short while I decided to leave the ambulance and tried to get closer to the hill again. The trigger happy soldiers continued to fire at will. But this time the boys trough stones back at them. I thought for a second that the three soldiers saw me and paused their inflammatory behavior but I think now that it probably was a wishful thinking

Abu Dis

13.3.2015 A peaceful demonstration became violent with moments after the army made arrests of 2 demonstrators that did nothing wrong. 15 soldiers lined up in front of about 30 protesters. Neither side budged. Lieutenant Colonel who was there said he will not let protesters demonstrate here as if it were Bil'in. He Stood aside and began documenting with his Smart-phone when one of his subordinates gave the order to arrest two protesters who did nothing. Boys started throwing stones at the soldiers. The soldiers fired rubber-coated metal bullets and gas grenades directly at them. When a group of photographers got close I heard a soldier saying to one of his friends "beware there are photographers". The direct shooting of gas canisters stopped

The mother of one of the detainees sat on the ground refusing to budge. At first it felt like the soldiers would not hesitate to move her with force, but She asked several photographers to document and rightly so. The presence of cameras probably prevented violent eviction. Slowly but surely the hateful stares of soldiers changed into embarrassment gazes

17-3-15 Palestinians reinforced by Israelis of the anarchists against the wall initiative and internationals, faced the Israeli army in the rebuilt of ‘Jerusalem Gate’ protest encampment near Abu Dis. The protest encampment has been destroyed numerous times before and was erected to reclaim territory earmarked for a new Jewish only settlement. The IDF violently dispersed protesters with tear gas, stun grenades and rubber coated steel bullets, arresting seven of them (three Palestinians and four Israelis).
Palestinian, international and Israeli activists protested against Israeli plans to seize and build in the E1 area, which would cut off the northern and southern parts of the West Bank.
About 10 activists managed to enter the construction area and climb onto Israeli bulldozers. Israeli soldiers shot tear gas and sound bombs at the protesters. Activists also tried to erect two protest tents but failed as Israeli forces soon closed off the area. A total of seven activists were arrested during the action and put in a closed construction container for two hours before they were taken in an army jeep. The Israeli activists among them were later released on bond, the Palestinians were scheduled to be brought to the Ofer Military Court.
In the last two months, Palestinians staged a protest tent in the area and termed it “Jerusalem Gate.” The tent was destroyed by Israeli forces and rebuilt by the Palestinian activists over seven times.
